To register for the WASFAA Spring 2010 Conference, being held April 21-23,at Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, please complete the form below.
  A confirmation page and invoice will be generated for you to print.

Conference Registration Fees:
$100 for members
$175 for non-members (annual membership is included with non-member full conference registration)
$100 for associate members
$ 70 one-day registration is available to WASFAA members (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday).
(One-day registration fee is not available to associate or retired members)
Because the conference committee must provide final counts to the hotel prior to the event, on-site registration is strongly discouraged.
The cost to register on-site is double the applicable conference registration fee.

We would appreciate your payment by April 2, 2010 for conference registration purposes so please plan according to your institution’s payment process!
