All requests to cancel registration for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer by March 12, 2025. Late refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a WASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins.
